PURCHASE POLICY

RETURN POLICY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

This policy applies to products with technical or manufacturing defects (e.g. peeling surfaces, uneven coloring, etc.).
A valid invoice or proof of purchase from Yogavietnam is required to ensure transparency and customer rights.
Grip performance of yoga mats is not considered a product defect. Grip levels may vary depending on material, usage conditions, and individual body characteristics.
Return period: within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Two-way shipping costs are fully covered by Yogavietnam in the case of manufacturing defects.
Products will not be accepted for return if damage results from improper care, direct sun exposure, physical impact, or incorrect usage.
Customers are encouraged to unwrap and use the product upon receipt to check quality within the eligible return period.
Beyond the 15-day return window, Yogavietnam remains open to listening and supporting customers with reasonable solutions to ensure a respectful and positive shopping experience.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR UNUSED, INTACT PRODUCTS

Applies to all products that are unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and free from dirt or damage.
Proof of purchase from Yogavietnam is required.
One exchange per order is permitted. The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value; any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Products purchased during promotional or sale campaigns are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange period: within 15 days from the date of purchase.
For exchanges due to personal preference (not product defects), customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs.
Yogavietnam is always happy to assist customers in selecting a more suitable product to enhance their practice experience.

15-DAY RESPONSIBLE TRIAL POLICY

In addition to standard return and exchange policies, Yogavietnam offers a 15-day Responsible Trial Policy for selected eligible products. This policy aims to provide peace of mind while maintaining operational sustainability.

Scope of Application

Applies once per order for eligible Yogavietnam products purchased via the website, store, or official distribution channels.
Requests must be made within 15 days from the date the customer receives the product.
This policy does not replace the return policy for manufacturing defects; it serves as a supplementary option for customers who are not satisfied with their personal experience.

Eligibility Conditions

Products are eligible for return or exchange under the trial policy only if all conditions below are met:

Product remains in near-new condition: no tears, deformation, peeling, physical damage, or misuse
No odor and no signs of heavy usage
Usage (if any) is limited to light trial purposes only; no high-intensity practice, outdoor use, or use in public studios
All accessories (if included) must be returned in full

Yogavietnam reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if products do not meet these conditions after inspection.

Trial Fee & Processing

To maintain a balanced and responsible trial policy, the following trial fees apply:

Products under 1,500,000 VND: 100,000 VND
Products from 1,500,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND: 7% of product value
Products above 3,000,000 VND: 5% of product value (maximum 300,000 VND)

The trial fee will be deducted directly from the refund amount (for returns).

Additional notes:

Two-way shipping costs (if any) are borne by the customer
Products with confirmed manufacturing defects remain eligible for free return/exchange under standard policy

Exclusions

This policy does not apply to:

Deep-discount, clearance, or liquidation items
Custom-made or personalized products
Products with significant damage or that do not meet the conditions outlined above

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Customers must contact Yogavietnam within 15 days from the date of receipt
Provide order details and photos of the product condition
Yogavietnam will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
Upon inspection, Yogavietnam will proceed with exchange or refund according to policy

Estimated processing time: 3–7 business days from the date the returned product is received.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 3–5 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

SHIPPING FEES

Free shipping for orders from 1,500,000 VND and above
Shipping fee of 35,000 VND for orders below 1,500,000 VND
Shipping fee of 50,000 VND for bolsters or meditation cushions
For returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Yogavietnam. Return shipping fees will be applied according to the exchange/return policy.

DELIVERY TIME

Ho Chi Minh City (inner districts):
Same-day express delivery within 4 hours, or within 24 hours for pre-orders
